Can I delete my account?

  • Your full name. 
  • Preventx service you used, e.g. test.me.
  • Account number or PX code for a previous order (if you can remember). 
  • The full address and postcode of where a previous order was sent. 
  • Date of birth. 
  • Email address used. 
  • Mobile number (used on the account/order).
