Some STIs can show no symptoms yet can lead to serious future health problems, such as infertility.
Please read about the STIs we offer testing for on our about STIs page.
Although no test is 100%, we use the gold standard for testing. All diagnostic tests are carried out by the UK's leading STI pathology laboratory
who also process hundreads of STI tests every day for the NHS.
If you find you're positive, don't panic - most STis are easy and quick to treat.
We're not able to offer an online treatment service, so if you do test positive you it's really important
you contact your local GP or sexual health clinic to access free treatment. You can print out your
results page as evidence of your positivity.
Don't worry, just drop us an email and let us know
your tests 'PX' number (will be on the email or text message you received), your full name and date of birth and we
will get back to you as soon as we can with your access key. You will then be able to view your results online.
We dispatch most test kits within 24 hours and by Royal Mail 1st Class post, so your test kit should arrive within
a day or two. If your test has not arrived within a week or so, it may have been lost in the post (out of the 1000s of
tests we deal with, this does happen now and again). If you beleive your kit has been lost in the post, please
send us an email and let us know it's not arrived
(please include your full name and post code)- we will refund your order, then you may place a new order if you wish.
Our lab is quick to complete diagnostic testing and results are usually issued within 72 hours of receipt
of sample. Your sample may have been delayed or even lost in the post (of the 1000s of tests we deal with, this
does happen occasionally). If you've not heard anything within a week or two after posting, it's possible
your sample was lost in the post. If you beleive this may have happened, please
send us an email and let us know it's not arrived
(please include your full name and post code)- we will refund your order, then you may place a new order if you wish.
Some of the infections we test for may not show up in a test for around 2 weeks after infection, so this is the length of time we would
recommend waiting after a sexual encounter you feel may have put you at risk of infection.
